Wizardtec brings big-business systems and AI tools to small firms

Most small businesses know the feeling: enquiries arriving by phone, email and WhatsApp, details typed in three times, invoices chased by hand and a website that hasn't changed in years. Wizardtec was set up to fix exactly that.
The business efficiency, automation and marketing advisory works with small firms across Cheshire and the Liverpool City Region. It builds the tools larger companies take for granted: CRM systems, payroll and HR systems, process automation, AI tools, apps, websites and shopping websites, alongside SEO, online marketing and lead generation.
Behind it is someone who has spent three decades in retail, franchising and hospitality as an operator, owner and adviser, including running a 200-store retail brand as managing director and growing another from start-up to more than 100 stores across the UK, USA, Portugal, Spain and Poland. That commercial experience shapes the work: the question is always what will save time, cut costs or win sales, not what is fashionable.
The approach is deliberately simple. Every project starts with a free business healthcheck, then a single fixed price agreed before any work begins, with no retainers or monthly tie-ins. Small tools are built in hours and bigger systems in days, followed by plain-English training so the business stays in control.
The prices are aimed at firms of five people, or one. A complete small business website starts at £299, a three-minute corporate video at £250 and invoicing automation, covering collection and monitoring, at £400. One of its own tools, KwikScript, went from concept to launch in three hours for £100.
Wizardtec's clients and partners include Co-op, Cash Converters, Chai Green, PAFA, TGP International, Bunsik and Plexel Plasma, and the company also builds its own products, including the children's book service Storywizard.
Wizardtec is a partner of La Vida Media.
